Vocational School of Tourism: Phnom Penh

Cambodia’s Vocational School of Tourism initiative established a new public campus in Phnom Penh to support the training of professionals in the tourism and hospitality sectors.

The project comprises a combined two- and four-storey structure, delivered as a full construction package including structural works, MEP systems, and finishing. The build required close coordination with institutional users, consultants, and government partners to meet evolving standards in technical and vocational education.

The campus is designed as a complete training environment, incorporating classrooms, student practice kitchens, training restaurants, libraries, seminar and meeting rooms, and hotel room mockups. Each space supports both teaching and hands-on learning, with a focus on durability, clarity of layout, and long-term use.

The project reflects the delivery of a complex educational facility within an urban context, where coordination, consistency, and build quality are critical to performance.
