Vocational School of Tourism: Sihanoukville
Cambodia’s Vocational School of Tourism initiative established a new public campus in Sihanoukville to support the training of professionals in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
The project consists of a standalone four-storey building, delivered as a full construction package from foundation works through to MEP systems and finishing. The work required close coordination with consultants, institutional users, and government stakeholders to meet current technical and operational requirements.
The facility includes a full range of training spaces, classrooms, student practice kitchens, training restaurants, libraries, seminar and meeting rooms, and hotel room mockups, allowing it to operate as a complete and independent training environment.
The project reflects the delivery of a purpose-built educational facility in a fast-developing regional context, where construction quality, efficiency, and clarity of execution are essential.
Location: Sihanoukville, Cambodia
Construction Period: November 2022 – October 2024
