The AVA development introduces two landmark towers to the heart of Poipet, marking a significant investment in the city’s evolving urban landscape. One 15-storey tower combines hotel and entertainment facilities, while the second, an 11-storey building, provides new commercial office space. Together, they establish a new benchmark for construction quality, safety, and design ambition in the area.

UCB was selected as the trusted construction partner for this complex, multi-building project. With curved façades facing one another, the towers accommodate a wide range of functions, all delivered to international standards. UCB’s scope covers full structural and systems works, along with complete interior finishing—demonstrating the company’s ability to execute across the full construction spectrum.
