National Center for Information Technology
Built to support national security operations and public service coordination, the centre at Kobsov reflects a shared commitment between UCB and the Cambodian government to deliver a more connected and secure national infrastructure.
Government buildings follow a specific format, combining state-of-the-art construction with culturally rooted design elements. UCB’s local knowledge and technical capability allow it to deliver these projects to the exacting standards required—balancing functionality, symbolism, and long-term resilience.
UCB was selected to deliver the full construction scope, from substructure and structural works to MEP systems and finishing. The building features reinforced security zones, integrated surveillance infrastructure, and Khmer-inspired detailing, including featured statues and a custom water feature at the main entrance.
The National Center for Information Technology represents a growing partnership with public institutions, and the trust placed in UCB to meet strict timelines, performance standards, and public accountability. The project adds to a growing list of civic projects where UCB is helping shape infrastructure at the heart of national development.
