Together, We Build: How Our Tagline Came to Life
In 2025, Urban Cambo Builders took an important step in redefining and strengthening the company’s identity through a collaborative brand re-discovery workshop facilitated by Saat Studio.
As UCB continues to grow and take on larger and more complex projects across Cambodia, the workshop became an opportunity to pause and reflect on who we are as a company, what we stand for, and how we want to move forward together.
Rather than approaching branding as simply a visual exercise, the workshop focused on building a deeper understanding of the people, values, culture, and shared vision behind Urban Cambo Builders.
Over the course of the sessions, team members from across the company came together to discuss and define the foundations of the UCB brand. Together, we explored questions around our purpose, our story, and what makes the company distinct within Cambodia’s construction industry.
The conversations focused on several key areas, including:
• UCB’s brand purpose and journey
• Mission, vision, and company values
• Team culture and working style
• Strengths and points of difference within the local construction market
• Long-term aspirations for the future of the company
One of the most meaningful outcomes of the workshop was the development of UCB’s communications tagline: Together, We Build.
Simple yet deeply reflective of how the company operates, the phrase captures the collaborative spirit behind UCB’s work. It speaks not only to construction, but to partnership, trust, teamwork, and the relationships built throughout every project.
The tagline reflects the belief that successful projects are never achieved alone. From engineers, architects, and contractors to clients, consultants, suppliers, and local communities, construction is ultimately a collective effort shaped by many people working toward a shared goal.
“Together, We Build” has since become a guiding idea carried across UCB’s communications, website, social media, company culture, and project storytelling.
The workshop marked an important moment in UCB’s ongoing evolution. As the company continues to expand into larger projects and new opportunities, the process helped establish a stronger and more unified foundation for the future.
At its core, the experience reinforced something that has always been central to Urban Cambo Builders:
Great projects are built by people, and the strongest foundations are built together.
